There is a wide range of offerings on site as usual. However, we have not had satisfactory experiences when ordering larger building materials. On the one hand, you don't stick to agreements, such as a callback on the possible delivery date, then you have a delivery date where you only find out after the callback that the delivery won't take place because something got mixed up. On the other hand, you are treated like a small child. When asked about the delivery date, they prefer to explain in detail that it is currently not the season and ask what they want with it now, because they can't install it anyway, instead of simply taking the time to look into the system. In the end I had to drive to the store myself to point out to the employees that the material was already in the warehouse. I apologize then, but for me it was a bit too much of a good thing.
